The Client
Weleda is a global manufacturer of holistic natural cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Founded in 1921, the company now operates in over 50 countries and employs more than 2,000 people worldwide.
Having implemented Dynamics NAV some years earlier, Weleda began working with Node4 (formerlyTNP) in 2018 following a strong recommendation. Their early experience with our support quickly confirmed they’d made the right choice.

The Challenge
James Charters, IT Manager at Weleda, noticed that staff were “laboriously sitting in front of NAV and typing stuff in over and over again. It took a lot of time and effort and took them away from the job that they were supposed to be doing.” Many of their warehouse processes were still reliant on paper, which slowed things down and created inefficiencies.
The Solution
Weleda partnered with us to implement Tasklet which is a handheld solution that integrates seamlessly with Dynamics NAV. The goal was to eliminate paper-based processes in the warehouse and dispatch areas. James shared, “people are very impressed with the solution – it’s improved our accuracy and enables us to work in real time. You can’t do that with paper!” The project not only boosted efficiency but also supported Weleda’s sustainability goals, which are central to their values.

The Results
With Tasklet now in place, Weleda is exploring further ways to reduce paper use across the business. They’re working with us to build a roadmap for what comes next. James added, “I feel like there’s a lot more confidence with TNP than we’ve ever had in any other IT supplier relationship.” That trust is something we’re proud to have earned and are committed to maintaining.
