We are working with Nottingham College to transform student engagement using a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre with generative AI. By unifying telephony, digital channels, case management and student data into a single platform, the college is creating a single point of contact for enquiries, improving visibility for frontline teams and delivering a more consistent experience for students, parents and employers.
