Since joining forces with us, Loaf has accelerated its digital transformation. Louis Adamou, E-Commerce & Technology Strategist at Loaf, explains, “we’re confident this will still be the platform we are using in a number of years.” That confidence is reflected in the pace of development. Originally planned over three years, much of the work was fast-tracked within twelve months.
Louis adds, “we’ve got a really transparent relationship and we greatly appreciated the support you guys have given us this year, especially with COVID-19.”
One key project brought forward due to the pandemic was the integration of Klarna’s consumer finance product. Klarna allows retailers to offer flexible payment options, and its implementation was led by Bruce, a Solution Architect at TNP. Bruce took time to understand how Klarna should work for Loaf’s customers, then worked backwards to identify improvements in other operational processes.
Louis says, “I’ve got total confidence in Bruce. Not only has he helped us implement Klarna, which will be commercially very valuable for us, he’s also taken it upon himself to challenge us to work better and be more conscious about how we work.”
