This document, the SIPLink CDR Definition Version 2.0, outlines the format and contents of Call Data Record (CDR) files provided by Node4, based on the "UK Standard for CDRs." It includes additional terms, conditions, service descriptions, and service levels applicable to Node4 Protect and Node4 Protect+ Services. The document should be viewed in conjunction with the associated Order Form, Node4’s General Terms and Conditions, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The CDR files are standard text files in PC ASCII encoding, with each record terminated by a carriage return and line feed. Fields are comma-delimited and enclosed in double quotes. The file naming convention follows the format RID_Monthly/Daily_Calls_AAAAAA_DDMMYYYY_SSSSSS_CCCCCC_VV.txt, where elements denote the CDR provider, billing period date or call date, account reference, sequence number, record count, and standard version. All times displayed in CDRs are in UTC/GMT format, with British Summer Time (BST) considered during call charge calculations but not reflected in the call times.
