The purpose of this policy is to set out our responsibilities, and of those working for and on our behalf, in observing and upholding our position on bribery and corruption. It also provides information and guidance on how to recognise and deal with bribery and corruption issues.
This policy applies to all Node4 employees and all other persons acting on our behalf in any capacity, wherever located. Any breach of this policy is likely to constitute a serious disciplinary, contractual and criminal matter and may result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.
