You will also explore background processes and job queues, learn how to use telemetry to troubleshoot issues and understand how to manage your environments and system capacity effectively. By the end, you will understand the Admin Fundamentals you need to manage Business Central with confidence.

If you're new to Dynamics NAV (previously known as Navision) or Dynamics 365 Business Central then we recommend that you attend our 'Intro in a Day' or have at least 6 months' experience before attending any of the 101 or advanced courses.

Wondering why you can't find any mention of Dynamics NAV on Microsoft's website? That's because Dynamics 365 Business Central is the new name for NAV! Learn more about the difference between Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central here.
