Account Management
Our Engagement Managers ensure a regular flow of information and feedback between us and our customers, keeping them informed of developments in the Beverage ERP world.
When you become a customer, your Engagement Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the relationship you have with us, including logging change requests, facilitating knowledge transfer relating to any solution or company changes, and ensuring that you are receiving the quality of service and Beverage ERP support you expect.

James Douglas
Senior Consultant
James started his career in the brewing industry as a developer working with Hardys & Hansons in 2003. Spending so much time on-site meant that James quickly learnt the strange and wonderful language of the brewing world. 18 years on and James’ industry knowledge is second-to-none; he is now a senior consultant and there are few challenges he has not seen before meaning that his customers rest safe in the knowledge that whatever the problem James will have the answer!
Nigel Hyde
NAV Consultant
Nigel has been working in and with the drinks industry for 14 years, starting out as an end-user at Hogs Back Brewery where he oversaw the implementation of Drink-IT as well as handling the day-to-day running of the brewery – from production schedules right through to managing the delivery drivers! Wanting to make use of his understanding of the extended functionality of the system he decided to take his knowledge to The NAV | 365 People where he now helps drinks customers with their support needs as well as working on full-scale implementations.
Swapnil Deore
Solution Architect
Swaps has seven years’ experience working with Pubcos and Breweries and is the designer of our pubco property management solution. As well as a good knowledge of the drinks industry Swaps’ technical background helps him easily find the solution for any complex business processes.
Mike Hannam
NAV Developer
Mike has been working with the drinks industry since 2012. Prior to joining TNP he worked at Thatchers Cider implementing their Drink-IT solution and then staying on as their in-house developer. He is now part of the drinks team at The NAV | 365 People, developing all aspects of customer’s beverage management solutions to get them working just as they want them to!
Training is essential if you want to get the most out of your beverage management system. We provide a range of training resources to help you understand your beverage ERP system and use it well!
Ranging from training days and quick how-to videos, to live support and recorded presentations on the latest innovations from Microsoft, Drink-IT and beyond - there'll be something perfect to help you.
This is a service where we will make small changes (by which we mean those which take less than an hour) as part of your Beverage ERP support contract.
The kinds of things we offer as part of the minor mods service are: adding a field to a table and exposing it on a page/form, making fields visible and adding filters on a report.
Where you would be required to pay for these services elsewhere, our experienced team can get these minor modifications made for you, totally inclusive of your support contract.
For customers with a Beverage ERP support contract, the SQL Nurse will perform a free, 1 hour remote 10-point SQL Health Check on your system, plus diagnosis of problem form and page performance.
The health of your SQL database is key to optimising the performance of your Dynamics NAV or Business Central system. Whilst many IT departments may have the necessary skills to look after their own SQL databases, the SQL Nurse provides a service where we will ensure the health and wellbeing of your SQL database is always where it should be.
With the SQL Nurse we’ll get your system working smoothly again!
