Our work with police forces across the country focuses on replacing outdated, manual processes with secure, scalable digital solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and coordination. 

The UKDVI (Disaster Victim Identification) Power App is a prime example of a project currently underway. It looks to replace a traditionally paper-heavy and emotionally taxing process with a streamlined digital workflow. Designed for use in the aftermath of major incidents, the app will enable law enforcement teams to log sensitive data quickly and securely, reducing delays and improving national coordination. 

Built in collaboration with experienced police professionals, the app is pragmatic and purpose-built. It will support national deployment and has the potential to integrate with international systems like Interpol, helping identify individuals across borders in real time. 

Node4 is helping UK fire and rescue teams modernise operations and improve emergency preparedness through digital transformation. Our solutions replace slow, manual workflows with agile, cloud-based tools that enable faster decision-making and safer outcomes.

East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service partnered with Node4 to digitise its fire safety risk assessment process. Previously, officers relied on paper-based forms that took up to seven days to complete and process. With a new Power App and integration with their existing Dynamics CRM system that same task now takes just five minutes.

The solution enables fire officers to log critical building information, such as alarm systems, flammable materials, and emergency protocols, on-site and in real time. This ensures that if an incident occurs, responders have immediate access to accurate, actionable data.

Node4 is supporting NHS teams in delivering faster, more connected patient care through digital innovation. Our solutions help clinicians move beyond paper-based workflows to real-time, data-driven decision-making, improving outcomes and reducing delays.

The Galerie app, developed in partnership with Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust, enables field clinicians to document patient conditions during home visits using secure mobile technology. Photos taken during visits sync directly to the patient’s record, allowing hospital teams to track changes, annotate images, and intervene earlier when needed.

This streamlined process accelerates care coordination, reduces administrative burden, and ensures that patients receive timely attention based on accurate, up-to-date information.
