Dynamics 365 Business Central - Relationship Management 101 Training

This training course is suitable for account managers, sales people and marketing professionals who’d like to gain a better understanding of the CRM Module in Dynamics 365 Business Central. The session will run through various BC modules such as contacts, profiles, segments, campaigns and more. Previously called Sales & CRM 101.

To ensure everyone gets an opportunity to attend our free Dynamics 365 Business Central training courses we have had to apply a limit of 2 people per company per course. To get the most of your free training you should come along to this only if you have attended our Dynamics 365 Business Central Introduction in a Day or have at least 6 months experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
