The Challenge

Datalex was struggling to calculate the cost of employees and contractors across disparate systems. Their month-end process was taking over 20 days to complete, and their existing ERP partner was proving unresponsive and costly. 

After implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central (version 16) in 2020 to replace Exchequer, they faced further setbacks. Custom development for complex timesheet calculations stalled, and communication with their Irish partner broke down. Datalex needed a new ERP partner who could deliver, fast.
